Stocks declined today, with the DOW, S&P and NASDAQ all finishing in negative territory. In economic news, there were 210,000 jobs added in November, about 1/3 of the expected gain.

 

Dow Jones -60 at 34,580

S&P 500 -39 at 4,538

NASDAQ -296 at 15,085

 

The 10 Year Treasury closed down 11 basis points yielding 1.34%

Oil prices closed down $0.35 ending at $66.15 a barrel

Gold prices closed up $23 ending at $1,783 an ounce

 

In corporate news:

  • Shares of Didi Global finished down 22% after the Chinese ride-hailing company announced it will delist from the NYSE and pursue a listing in Hong Kong.

 

  • Shares of Peloton opened higher following an initial buy rating by Deutsche Bank, which said Peloton’s upside now outweighs its risks after a rough stretch for the stock, where it has dropped over 200% from its highs.

 

  • DocuSign shares dropped 42% after its 4th quarter sales guidance came in lower than expected.
