Stocks moved higher today, with the DOW, S&P, and NASDAQ all finishing in positive territory. In economic news, there were 375,000 jobless claims last week, as expected.

The 10 Year Treasury closed up 3 basis points yielding 1.37%

Oil prices closed down $0.29 ending at $68.96 a barrel

Gold prices closed down $1 ending at $1,749 an ounce

Corporate news:

Shares of Sonos moved 7% higher after the company reported a surprise profit of 12 cents per share, while analysts expected a loss of 17 cents per share. Sonos also issued strong current-quarter and full-year guidance.

DoorDash shares dropped 1% after it was announced that its ambition to buy the grocery delivery service company, Instacart, had recently fallen apart due to concerns the deal would have trouble winning regulatory approval.

Palantir Technologies matched Wall Street earnings forecasts and beat revenue forecasts, with sales rising 49% from a year ago. Palantir shares increased 11% today.
