Stocks closed down today as Wall Street marks the one-year anniversary since Covid-19 lows.

 

Dow Jones finished -308 at 32,423

S&P 500 finished -30 at 3,910

NASDAQ finished -150 at 13,227

 

The 10 Year Treasury closed down 6 basis points yielding 1.62%

Oil prices closed down $4.00 ending at $57.56 a barrel.

Gold prices closed down $11.20 ending at $1,726 an ounce.

  • Peloton closed up more than more than 3% after Bloomberg News reported a flurry of deal-making activities. Peloton recently bought three companies with technology and expertise in wearable devices, artificial intelligence, digital voice assistants, and interactive workout mats, Bloomberg reported.
  • Boeing closed down almost 4% after the company reached a deal for a $5.28 billion two-year revolving credit agreement.
