U.S. stocks rose today as investors bet again on stocks that would benefit from a potential effective vaccine and economic recovery next year.

Dow Jones finished +400 at 29,479

S&P 500 finished +48 at 3,585

NASDAQ finished +120 at 11,829

The 10 Year Treasury closed up 1 basis point yielding 0.89%

Oil prices closed down $0.95 ending at $40.17 a barrel

Gold prices closed up $12.80 ending at $1,886 an ounce

Revlon shares fell more than 20% after the beauty products maker reported a third straight quarter of losses. Revlon said it lost $44.5 million, or 83 cents per share in the three months ended Sept. 30.
DraftKings jumped more than 3% after DraftKings reported a smaller-than-expected loss for the third quarter and said it had more than 1 million unique payers.
